All Sales are Final: All purchases made through Scently are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products or services unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please note that we absolutely cannot accept fragrance returns due to shipping regulations and safety. 

While we do not accept exchanges, you can swap your subscription product at any time before the next month's order is placed. This means that no changes can be made once payment has gone through. Any changes made will take effect for the shipment following the next charge. [You can make a one-time purchase of your favorite scent to use until your next scheduled shipment. If needed, you can also adjust your next shipment date to ensure you have a full month to enjoy your new fragrance.]

Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
