โ If fragrance oil gets on your skin, wash the area gently with mild soap and lukewarm water, ensuring all traces of the oil and soap are removed. Soothe your skin with a fragrance-free moisturizer, and be vigilant for signs of irritation like redness, itching, or swelling.
Seek medical advice if severe irritation or allergic reactions occur.
โ If fragrance oil splashes in your eye, remove your contact lenses (if wearing) and immediately rinse with lukewarm water for 15 minutes. Avoid rubbing and agitating the eye.
Seek medical help if irritation persists or if there are any vision changes.

Shipping & Returns
โ Weโre confident youโll love all of our products! With that said, returns are only accepted in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Unless noted otherwise, all items are final sale. This means that once an order is placed, there are no refunds. We know this is not an ideal policy, but hope youโll still give our products a shot!

If you're subscribed to a scent and want to change it, you can easily swap your scent selection for your next shipment by visiting your subscription management portal. In the meantime, you can also place a one-time order for a new scent.
โ We take pride in packaging our products carefully. In the rare event of an item arriving damaged, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery and we'll be glad to assist. Photos may be required.
โ Our goal is to get your products to you in the safest and quickest way. We primarily use USPS/UPS ground shipping to comply with fragrance oil shipping regulations.
