What should I do if the oil gets on my skin?

β†’ If fragrance oil gets on your skin, wash the area gently with mild soap and lukewarm water, ensuring all traces of the oil and soap are removed. Soothe your skin with a fragrance-free moisturizer, and be vigilant for signs of irritation like redness, itching, or swelling.

Seek medical advice if severe irritation or allergic reactions occur.

What should I do if the oil splashes my eye?

β†’ If fragrance oil splashes in your eye, remove your contact lenses (if wearing) and immediately rinse with lukewarm water for 15 minutes. Avoid rubbing and agitating the eye.

Seek medical help if irritation persists or if there are any vision changes.

How do I know if my AC is compatible?
I've installed The Rocket but can't smell anything...

(1) Keep your AC fan set to 'on' instead of 'auto' - this helps spread the scent effectively, while still keeping your cooling settings the same.

(2) Ensure your Rocket diffuser is placed where your AC pulls in air the strongest.

What is Scently's return policy?

β†’ We’re confident you’ll love all of our products! With that said, returns are only accepted in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Unless noted otherwise, all items are final sale. This means that once an order is placed, there are no refunds. We know this is not an ideal policy, but hope you’ll still give our products a shot!

Are there exchanges?

β†’ Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

If you're subscribed to a scent and want to change it, you can easily swap your scent selection for your next shipment by visiting your subscription management portal. In the meantime, you can also place a one-time order for a new scent.

My order arrived damaged...

β†’ We take pride in packaging our products carefully. In the rare event of an item arriving damaged, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery and we'll be glad to assist. Photos may be required.

How fast does Scently ship orders?

β†’ Our goal is to get your products to you in the safest and quickest way. We primarily use USPS/UPS ground shipping to comply with fragrance oil shipping regulations.

We strive to pack orders the same day they are received, but guarantee they are fulfilled within 3 business days. That's the Scently promise!
