When you purchase a subscription with Scently, you're signing up for convenient repeat deliveries of your favorite fragrances. The frequency and duration of these deliveries are based on the subscription plan you choose. Once ordered, there are no changes or refunds. You may cancel anytime before the next month's order is placed.

 

Your payment details will be securely stored, and you'll be automatically charged for each delivery, unless you opt to pay in advance for a set period.

 

Certain subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you wish to discontinue a subscription, you have the option to cancel it.

 

Managing your subscription is hassle-free. If you need to make changes or cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. Simply access your order confirmation emails, which contain links to manage your subscription. Keep in mind, you can also, pause, skip, or swap your products instead of cancelling.
